| TERMS OF TRADE | ||||||
| (1) All goods must be pre-paid for before they can be dispatched. (We do not provide a Cash on Delivery Service). | ||||||
| (2) UK customers can pre-pay by cheque, postal order, credit card, Debit card, post office giro or cash (cash sent at your own risk). | ||||||
| (3) If you are paying by credit card please ensure that: (a)You have authorisation to use the card. (b)There are sufficient funds to pay for your order. We work closely with the relevant authorities to eliminate fraud. We also reserve the right to pass on information to local/international authorities when requested to prevent fraud. |

| (4) Paying by cheque. Please note a cheque returned for ANY reason by your bank is subject to a handling charge. Any payments owing will be dealt with by our collecting agency, also we may pass on information to other retailers of customers issuing bad cheques. | ||||||
| (5) Faulty Goods. We try to ensure faulty goods are not sent out but it's not possible to check everything. If your kit is faulty please inform us and we will endeavour to put right any problems you may have. | ||||||
| (6) Please Note all prices displayed are subject to change. While we try to keep our prices correct, some errors do creep in. We shall inform you of the total cost of your order when we send you confirmation. | ||||||
| (7) Uwanted Goods. Should you receive a kit(s) that you do not want to keep, we will exchange it so long as its: (a) Returned within 4 weeks of delivery in an 'as new' condition (b) You pay all delivery costs. (c) Also include a handling charge of 25% of the kits value (minimum £3.00). (d) Please remember to also include postage for the items wanted in exchange. |

If you are extremely risk adverse, contact us directly. However, if you ever give your card to someone at a restaurant and allow them to take it behind closed doors - you run a significantly higher chance of experiencing credit card fraud than with a secure Web connection.
